Once again, my crystal ball is in the shop and I wasn’t able to “see” that a major piece of our adoption puzzle is missing! Apparently, our dossier hasn’t been registered in Iz yet. Rumor has it that it can’t be registered until after the family that is currently traveling submits their court documents.**
How long until we are registered? One week? Two weeks? 10 weeks? Who knows. Why don’t I know? Because, as mentioned above, my crystal ball is in the shop. Guess that travel in late January/early February isn't going to happen.
Frustration is beginning to mount again. Good thing I have my next “adoption meltdown” scheduled for the afternoon of February 5th!
** In most regions, your dossier has to be registered in order to be put “in line” with families from other agencies/countries. In other regions, you register your dossier when you go on your first trip. I haven’t been able to clarify exactly how Iz works. Regardless, we know our paperwork is held up for the time being.

I KNOW it's frustrating Becky, but I am SURE that this family is trying to get their paperwork submitted as FAST as they can....so, hopefully your wait will not be long after all.
Thanks for the nice comments on our blog. The last referral I KNOW of for Kras from our agency was the Wilsons...so, I guess we'll have to see.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. I've talked to Rachel several times and know that you both must be so frustrated. I know you had hoped and prayed for referrals this month and I'm so sorry that you are still waiting. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We hope peanut is going to reveal himself very soon!
sorry to hear about this new delay. Just when you think you are cruising along, you hit a speed bump. How many bumps/delays can we take!?!??! UUURGGHHHH. Hope you hear something before you next scheduled meltdown ;)
Maybe I should start scheduling meltdowns...at least I know they will happen on schedule or even before LOL Hang in there!
Becky I am so sorry! I know it has to be very frustrating! I am praying for you all that it will be fast and that you won't need that scheduled meltdown.

Oh man - so sorry to hear that. How frustrating that is! Wow - each region is so different, hopefully this means that once your paperwork is able to be submitted things will happen quickly.
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope that something changes soon! I was really hoping that you and Rachel would both have referrals by the time January ended. I'll keep you guys in my prayers! I wish I had a quick fix!
I'm so sorry Becky. I hope you hear some good news soon. I've been checking everyday...I'm really hoping for you that you hear something more positive tomorrow.
Hopefully, since they are traveling, I hope the court docs are submitted soon. So dies that mean only one adoption at a time can be done? That would sure suck and doesn't make much sense
