Today was a very low-key bummy kind of day. We all slept late, laid around and read, took naps and that was about it! We headed to Old Arbat to souvenir shop but apparently we were a bit late because the store we wanted to go to was closed.
Speaking of which, for those of you heading to Moscow, shop at 27 Old Arbat - it's the cheapest and they have lots of stuff. We had dinner at an Italian restaurant (we were too late to buy the chicken across the street) and we almost had to sell Alex to pay for it.
We just got home and Keith is going to invoice and I need to do some work. That's about all of the excitement we have going on around here!
One week from today we'll be putting our little Peanut to bed for the first time. Very exciting! We'll be heading out to see him again tomorrow morning - 8:30 am. Better hurry up and finish my work so I can get some sleep!

Sometimes you need a good lazy day. BTW, what apartment are you guys in? Are you talking about the rotisseire chicken on Arbat with the Simpon's cop out front? Don't forget to try their funnel cake doughnuts. 10 rubles per doughnut, cheapest way to get fat in Russia!
It is good to have a few low key days as it sounds like you will have your hands full when you have the Peanut to entertain :o)
Glad you have company to sightsee, shop, and help entertain you during your wait. I know it is hard not seeing Peanut every day, but in a week he will be with you forever!!
You over lunch - OMG... I love it. He is the luckiest boy in the world... Can't wait to hear more...
I can't wait to meet him - I have a gotten together books for his library. I couldn't think of a better place for them to go....
He is already loved by so many... including me and of course Anna - she asks about ya'll all the time.
